bill is the oldest of my dads 7 children brother to edwin ,ian, linda , tony , nacy , and myself bill edwin and ian was to my dads first marrage unfortuantly my dads first wife passed over when bill, edwin, and ian, was still very young bill edwin and ian was brought up in scotland by there grand parents bill and his 2 brothers were champion boxers in scotland i tryed for years to find them as my dad lost contact with them then in 1999 i found our bill ,my dad was told he was ill with cancer bill spent as much time with my dad as he could bill was with uss when our dad passed he never told anyone he also had cancer he has 2 children billy and amanda he kept it from them too my brother was so brave not to tell anyone it must have been so hard for him watch our dad pass knowing that he too would also go the same way then as our dad died on the 5th of may 2005 bill passed away on the 31st of may 2006 it upsets me as they are no longer here but it pleases me to know they will be together fishing the river banks of heaven with many family and friends gone befor

Where do i start well the begining i suppose its as good a place as any im sure you dont need me to tell you that im still missing you anyway im gonna tell you all the same (Missing you!!!!) there is so many things i wish id said to u before you left us and i had every opportunity too so no excuses so as i said im gonna start in the beginning and share with you some of my earliest memories of 1st thing is the first house i remember is caledonia st i know we stayed in springburn 1st but my memories not that good im getting a bit old myself now too lol now what were my 1st memories i remember you telling me bedtime stories can even remember the main characters in them you loved yer cartoons just like me and i can remember many a popeye story getting told to me loads of stories with familiar characters like as i said popeye/sinbad/zorro and even skippy the bush kangaroo but totally originall stories that i usually cropped up in then always a prayer b4 a sleep but my fav was singing "jesus loves me" what else do i remember about caledonia st remember you bringing me back my lil sis from the hospital when she was born even though i was only three i remember crying because i wasnt getting a little brother how daft was i what else do i remember that far back i remember you making me my first bedroom it was in a cupboard (a big one well big enough for a bed anyway )you decorated it with captain pugwash wallpaper and fitted a light into it that if i remember it correctly was powered by batteries what else do i remember i remember my 1st record it was long haired lover from liverpool by jimmy osmand i remember me and you traipsing round every record store in town trying to get it as i decided i liked it a month after it was in the charts (u still got it for me)
also remember waiting for you to get home from work with a pressie for me usually my fav was when u brought me a parachuter a toy soldier with a sellophane parachute attachedand of course there was the fishing not only the fishing the bait digging too down by the river cart anyway dad its after 1 in the morning think id better hit the hay love you and miss you keep looking over me while i fish its when i feel closest too you and i still need your help
